BMP Autoservice Luxury Germans

Just a few decades ago it was an easy task to differentiate between the three German luxury car brands: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi. Mercedes was the sophisticated big body, big engine Player. Audi was the turbocharged with confidence inspiring all-wheel drive Competitor. And BMW was naturally aspirated with real-wheel drive and fifty-fifty weight distribution.

But today they all have super-sophisticated cockpits, refined all-wheel drive options, and efficient and powerful turbocharges. So, each company philosophies are a lot closer in every category than they've ever used to be. So that's why we'll going to dig in three big European car brands.

BMW

BMW ones graced us with incredible sports cars like the E30 M3 - perfect 50:50 wheat distribution body shell, 8 cylinder sharp engine, and handling as a perfect machine of all times. 18 years later BMW stated true of focusing on driver dynamics and experience. As a result they released the 1M a future classic with it's perfect weight distribution, while fender hiding massive tread and similar personality that made E30 M3 so much great driving experience. A bit later BMW started sliding towards turbocharged engines, better fuel efficient, but less driving fun as naturally aspirated provides. Now BMW trying to make a car for everyone. Let's say you are looking for an SUV which stands for sports activity vehicle. You can have your pick from compact X1, the rebellious X2, the adventurous X3, the coupe inspired X4, the reimagined X6, and the large and charged X7. Yeah, to say they've gotten a little diluted would be an understatement. BMW was ones a head for driving enthusiasts, but that title may come to an end.

Mercedes-Benz

If you ever owned a Mercedes you know that they have deep roots. Their tanks over engineered and known to go hundreds of thousands of miles if they're properly cared for. And with those miles owners grow to appreciate the loyalty of the brand more and more. The cars in the 80s and 90s was solid, reliable, comfy, rattle free, powerful and of real pleasure to drive. Same as BMW Mercedes downfall was when they decided to add way too many new models for everyone. The expansion now is over 40 models on a market and as a result there are more bugs. Like we say: more models - more problems.

Audi

Audi always been a different. Back in a 1980s we saw them transform from a brand only bank managers wold drive to a brand the young enthusiastic aspirational buyers would consider. Their slogan was "Progress to Technology". They had the best aerodynamics, the most capable four-wheel drive systems. But for decades and decades Audi kept pushing their technology and with that they've had some major reliability issues. But after years of struggling they learned their lessons and released a superb cars on the market such as Audi RS3 sedan with a 2.5 liter turbocharged engine that could telepathic steering and most important superb reliability.

As a Conclusion

All three brands continue to push each other which in the end the Consumer wins in all of this, but that if they grow not too fast as we saw earlier. In the past the differences between companies philosophies have been more pronounced but now they are more closer to in every category. We are not judging of course, but if you have any questions or a car issue we are ready to help with steam of dedicated mechanics specializing in these luxury brands.
